End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA is between you and Blue Fox Coder for use of CardBound TCG.

1. License Scope

• Limited, personal, non-commercial use only.
• Non-transferable and revocable.

2. Ownership

• The Game and all IP rights remain owned by Company/licensors.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or sell the Game except as platform rules permit.
• Reverse engineer except where law explicitly allows.
• Circumvent technical protections.

4. Updates

• Patches and updates may be applied automatically by the platform.

5. Third-Party Terms

• Platform terms (for example, Apple's) also apply.
• If conflicts exist, mandatory platform terms control where required.

6. Termination

• Breach of this EULA terminates your license immediately.

7. Warranty and Liability

• Provided "AS IS" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Game, where legally enforceable.
