Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between Blue Fox Coder ("Company," "we," "us") and you ("User"). They govern your access to and use of the game CardBound TCG (the "Game"), including related services, support, and updates.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Game.
• If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You may play as a guest, or create an account with an email address and username, or by signing in with Google or Apple.
• You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure.
• You can delete your account in the Game at Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account. Deletion is queued with a 30-day recovery window, after which the account and its data are permanently erased. See the Privacy Policy for details.

3. License Grant

• We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• You may not sublicense, sell, lease, distribute, or publicly perform the Game except where explicitly permitted by law or platform terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except as allowed by law.
• Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized modifications.
• Interfere with platform services, network systems, or anti-abuse controls.
• Upload illegal, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.

5. User Content and Feedback

• You are responsible for content you submit, such as usernames and deck names.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use feedback, bug reports, and suggestions for improving the Game.

6. Purchases and Virtual Items

• If purchases are offered, pricing, billing, and refunds are handled by the store platform (for example, Apple) under its policies.
• Virtual items and in-game currency have no cash value unless required by law.

7. Updates and Availability

• We may patch, update, rebalance, or discontinue features at any time.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Suspension and Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or unlawful behavior.
• On termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Game.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/goodwill, arising from use of the Game.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company and its affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the Game or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts located there unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms.
• Material updates will be reflected by a new version date in-game.
